Biography

Her first exibition was with painters from Uzdin on 1964. There she got recognition by Oto Bihalji-Merin, and from then she is considered as well known and recognized Naive Art painter.

She is living in Panchevo where she paints for more than thirty years. Her exibitions were numerous, individual and group ones, both in country and internationaly.

Desa is member on Museum of naive art in Jagodina, and of Gallery of Naive Painters in Kovachica.

Her techniques include oil on canvas, sketches, sculpting and also poetry writing.
