Petrovac by the Sea is a beautiful
village located at the Montenegreen coast, approx. a half way between
the towns of Budva and Bar.
Petrovac has two sand/pebble beaches. The main
Petrovac beach is approx. 800m long. At its NW end there is a small
port and a fortress called Castello. The second beach, Luchice, is
located 500m further SE from the main beach. It is approx 200m long.
About 1000m in the sea there are two small
islands that substantially contribute to the exstetics of the village.
They are St. Sunday (with remainings of a small chappel at the top
of the island), and Katich (with a few pine trees). To the best of
my knowledge, these two islands recently became the two most remote
Yugoslav islands.

Petrovac na moru je prelepo mestawce
na otprilike pola puta izmedqu Budve i Bara.
Petrovac ima dve pewyano-wljunkovite plaxe.
Glavna plaxa dugayka je oko 800m. Druga plaxa, Luyice, dugayka je
oko 200m i nalazi se pola kilometra jugoistoyno od Petrovca.
Dva ostrva, udaljena
od obale oko 1km, Sveta Nedqelja (sa ostacima male kapele na vrhu
ostrva) i Katiy (sa borovima), bitno doprinose estetskom doxivljaju
Petrovca. Po
svemu sudeqi ovo su sada postala dva najudaljenija ostrva od (onoga
wto je preostalo od) jugoslovenske obale.
