I was appalled to read in today's issue of Nasa Borba the number of Serbian
scholars (academicians, professors and intellctuals) who signed the
petition in support of Radovan Karadzic. It was ironic to read in the same
issue that Karadzic attempted to procure a nuclear bomb. In most countries
intellectuals line up in support of humanitarian causes, not in defense of
mass murderers. The guilt of Karadzic is amply documented by events, by
numerous impartial foreign observers, and by his own many contradictory
lies.
