Subject: CNN & Arkan
A lot has been said regarding the CNN/Time production "Impact" and the way it
portrayed not only 'Arkan' but alleged Serbian aggression and other war
crimes. I would like to give Arkan the opportunity to respond either on TV or
through the print media.
I have tried, without success, to establish a direct line of communication
with anyone who may be in a position to relay my messages to Arkan.
If there is any person on this circuit who can arrange this I would
appreciate your assistance.
It is important to note that I have no axe to grind - I am neither pro nor
anti Serb - any interview would be conducted in a fair and unbiased manner.

Brandic at kosta@suc.suc.org he has details on my previous contacts with
the Serbian media and Foreign Ministry.
