THE PETITION OF THE SERBIAN DEMOCRATIC YOUTH IN DIASPORA

Respected friends,
Our petition of support to the demonstrators in Serbia has signed 161 people up until now. We have not been able to find out how many people have signed it on the numerous net-pages it has showed up on. We count upon you to get this message of support to the wet and frozen people in the streets.

WE WOULD LIKE TO EMPHASIZE THE SPECIAL SUPPORT COMING FROM MEMBERS OF THE STUDENTS' CLUBS ON "YORK UNIVERSITY" AND "THE UNIVERSITY IN TORONTO" TO THEIR COLLEAGUES ON STRIKE.

THE PETITION

"The Serbian Youth in Diaspora protest against the annulment of mandates legally won by opposition parties on the elections held on 3. and 17. of November in Serbia. We appeal to Slobodan Milosevic, as the President of all Serbian citizens, to put an end to the theft conducted by his subjects. We (the ones who have signed the petition) give our full support to the students and workers on strike, and to all Serbian citizens who are currently protesting in the streets and on the squares of Belgrade, Nis, Uzice, Kragujevac, Jagodina, Kraljevo, Krusevac, Cacak, Pirot..."
