What is democracy?

Is it the bread we have eaten, leaving only the crumbs to be swept?

Is it a boat (without a helmsman), with numerous holes which cannot be blocked, a beat sinking deeper and deeper until it reaches the bottom?

Is it a checking account of a worker a retired person or a worker who is always in the red?

Is it a spring of water which is going dry, and without which we shall dehydrate?

Is it a cordon of police which is beating the future of Serbia on the Bridge of Branko Radicevic? (allusion to '68 and '91)

There are any many questions and only one answer to them, and I would like to ask all those who know the answer to this question to report it to me as soon as possible. I would be endlessly grateful for that favor.
