There's already too many people on this planet. Especially there's too many kids. Not only they're in the way, but they make too much noise. Plus, schools, colleges, and prisons are already filled over capacity. Whether they graduate or are released, the humans are not showered with job offers. And the situation with the apartment rentals is terrible. Having all this in mind, sex should be casual and recreational, versus procreational.
